KERZERS – CEO Meinrad Flury announced that he will be meeting with the Board of the Walz Kinderhilfswerk Stiftung in order to discuss a possible takeover as his company moves to establish its own charitable foundation. Founded in Switzerland in 1989, the Walz Kinderhilfswerk Stiftung's primary purpose is to annually support the work of the Urpi Wasi Child Day Care Center in Cusco, Peru, which educates hundreds of underprivileged children. Members of the Board of that Foundation, which is managed by Ms. Monica von Gunten of ATO AG, will meet Mr. Flury and Mr. Robert White, advisor to JOKER AG on the project of establishing a charitable foundation.
