Selections from the Constitution

Article 2
The Purpose of the Joker Foundation is to help children in need.
This help principally demonstrates itself through providing nourishment to hunger stricken children, support, and as far as the means permit it, the education of needy and handicapped children.
The Foundation can be internationally active.

Article 11
The Auditor consists of one or more persons who are chosen by the Foundation’s founder when giving the initial capital and then subsequently are selected by the Foundation’s Board for a three year period.
Members of the Board cannot function as the Foundation’s Auditor.
Any employees of the Foundation are also excluded from holding this position.
Professional individuals or legal entities (such as a trust company, i.e.) can function as the Auditor of the Foundation.

Article 12
The Auditor is responsible for making sure that the Annual Report and the balance of the Foundation’s investments are in agreement with the books and have been properly handled.
The Auditor is responsible for submitting a written report, indicating whether or not
the Foundation’s monetary activities are in order, to the Board.
The Auditor must indicate any reservations or problems that it discovers to the Federal Administration.
In particular it has to make sure that fund management has been in keeping with the Foundation’s Bylaws.
The Auditor must attend the annual meeting of the Board when they convene to review and approve the Foundation’s Annual Report.
